Reservation Information
✈️How to Book Your Trip
Booking with Discovery Journey is easy and flexible. You can:
Reserve online directly through our Trip Pages
Contact our team via email or phone for group bookings or assistance
💳Payment & Deposits
A deposit (typically $250–$500) per traveler is required to confirm your booking
The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
📩Confirmation & Documentation
You’ll receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours
A detailed itinerary, packing checklist, and local info will be sent closer to your trip date

Cancellations & Refund Policy
❌Traveler Cancellations
You may cancel your trip by notifying us via email at info@discoveryjourney.org
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
More than 60 days before trip: Full refund minus deposit
45 – 60 (Both exclusive) days before trip: 50% refund
Less than 45 days: No refund
🔄️Trip Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another traveler (free of charge) up to 14 days before departure
⚠️Discovery Journey Cancellations
If we must cancel a trip due to safety, travel restrictions, or minimum group size:
You will receive a full refund Or choose to apply your credit to a future trip
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

By booking a trip with Discovery Journey, you agree to:
Follow all local laws and tour leader instructions
Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility needs in advance
Understand we are not responsible for delays, weather events, or airline disruptions
📦WHATS INCLUDED
Each trip page clearly lists what’s included (flights, hotels, activities, meals). Please review before booking.
📍LIABILITY
Discovery journey is not liable for:
Travel disruptions beyond our control
Loss of belongings or personal injury due to negligence not caused by our team
Non-Refundable Items:
Airfare booked independently
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Modifications:
