Cancellations by Traveler:

You may cancel your trip by notifying us via email at info@discoveryjourney.org

Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period before the trip departure date:

More than 90 days: Full refund minus processing fee.

45–60 days: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days: No refund available.

In rare cases of low participation, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips.

In such cases, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to another date.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after confirmation
