Day 1: Departure from U.S

Depart from United States to Bangalore

Day 2: Arrival in Bangalore

Arrive in Bangalore, the IT hub of India, also known as the “Garden City”. It is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with over 10. million residents. Your host will meet you and transfer to your hotel. Check in after 12 noon.

5 p.m.: Welcome gathering and review of the itinerary. Followed by a drive to the busy streets of MG Road and Brigade Road. Enjoy visiting a PUB, which only Bangalore has in India!!

Return to hotel.

Day 3: Bangalore Highlights and Drive to Mysore

After an early breakfast check out from the hotel City tour, focusing on the highlights of Bangalore, Vidhana Soudha, and Cubbon Park.  Early afternoon, drive to Mysore (100 miles) En route visit the Ramanagaram Cocoon market, SreerangaPattanam, the destroyed capital of Tipu Sultan, whose rockets. inspired the poet to write the “Star Spangled Banner”. Continue driving to Mysore. Check-in hotel.

Day 4: Mysore Excursion

After breakfast excursion to Somnathpura to see the Hoysala-style temple that is known for its excellent carvings of soapstone. Return to Mysore, visit Maharaja’s palace, Chamundi hills, etc.

Day 5: Bylakupe – Tibetan Settlement

After breakfast drive to Bylakupe, the Tibetan settlement (50 miles – 2 hrs.). Visit the Tiberian community that came along with its Spiritual leader Dalai Lama, and also the center of Sera Je Monastery.

After the visit drive to Sultan Batheri (95 miles 4 hrs.)

Day 6: Sultan Bathery – Edakkal Caves and Tea Plantation

After breakfast visit the pre-historic Edakkal caves, And a tribal development center URAVU, etc. Also, visit a tea plantation. Overnight at hotel

Day 7: Kozhikode – Historic Ship Building and Exploration

After breakfast drive to Kozhikode (58 miles 4 hrs.) Overnight at the hotel Afternoon visit the historic ship (URU) building center, S M (Sweet Meat) street and Mosque. Enjoy a Biryani lunch.

Return to hotel.

Day 8: Kozhikode – Kalari Centre and Train to Kochi

Visit the CVN Kalari center, the training center trains the oldest form of martial arts “ Kalari Payattu”, which is considered, the mother of all martial arts forms in the world.

After an early lunch, at 12:30 pm transfer to Kozhikode railway station to take the Jan Shatabdi exp train to Kochi.

Day 9: Kochi – Historical Exploration and Kathakali Performance

Visit the historic town of Kochi, visit the Chinese fishing nets, Vasco da Gama Church, the Jewish Synagogue, and the Dutch palace Evening visit a Kathakali dance drama theatre to witness the unique performance. We will see it from the makeup onwards, which is considered the most elaborate facial makeup by the Guinness Book.

Return to hotel, followed by farewell dinner.

Day 10: Departure from Kochi

Departure transfer to the airport.
